The IPAC Award for Innovative Management Award aims to recognize and encourage innovation in all public organizations and across all orders of governments. GEMS indicator aims to measure the maturity of government services provided through the portal and through mobile applications in the Arab region. 

The response must be at the core of any recovery initiative to eradicate this contagion, and allow governments to resume their efforts towards a secure, just and prosperous state. 

Decision-makers in the Arab countries should be aware of the importance and impact of technology and innovation so that they can better prepare.

The aim of the training is to improve knowledge and enhance understanding of the complex nature and intersectoral challenges facing sustainable groundwater governance and management in the Arab region.
