The CLAD School , within the framework of the 2020 Academic Program ,  together with the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP) of the Republic of Argentina, opens the call to receive applications for the International Course: “The public servant as a trainer. Module: new learning scenarios in public organizations ” , of virtual modality ( INAP Campus ), to be carried out from November 9 to 27, 2020.

 

Overall objective:

That the participants acquire conceptual and practical tools that allow them to operate with a broad vision of their role as trainers and as learning agents, and of the training opportunities offered by the public organization.

 

Specific objectives:

Participants are expected to:

1.Build a broad vision of technology and its impact on the forms of generation and dissemination of knowledge in public organizations;
2.Analyze the different strategies for the transfer and use of knowledge in the public organization;
3.Assess the implications of new perspectives on training management;
4.Recognize different learning environments from the conception of universal and ubiquitous learning;
5.Acquire tools to build the legitimacy of training and the systematization of knowledge;
6.Strengthen communication skills through the exchange of proposals and experiences and collaborative work;
7.They exercise their participation in communities of practice and learning;
8.Become familiar with collaborative participation in a virtual learning environment and with the use of the tools of this environment;
9.Value training as a process that promotes the commitment and inclusion of public servants.
