The EGPA 2021 Conference is organized by the European Group for Public Administration by EGPA/IIAS Secretariat in close cooperation with key partners.  It is the annual meeting of a community of Public Administration academics, young researchers and practitioners in Europe and key EGPA/IIAS partners. 

The Kingdom of Thailand, through the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) and EROPA Secretariat, will be hosting the 2021 Eastern Regional Organization for Public Administration (EROPA) Conference.

IASIA Conference is jointly organized by the International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration (IASIA), the University of South Africa (hereafter: Unisa) and the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS), it brings together practitioners, academics, PhD students and young researchers in public administration and management, as well as contributors from any other disciplines who exchange on a chosen theme. 

The conference is jointly organized by the International Public Policy Association (IPPA) and the Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals (IBEI). The Universitat de Barcelona (UB), the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) and the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) also collaborate in the organization of this edition. Following the success of the previous editions of the Biennial International Conference on Public Policy (ICPP) (Grenoble 2013, Milan 2015, Singapore 2017, Montreal 2019 with more than 1300 attendees), the ICPP5 will become the most important international conference for Policy Research. 

The conference is co-hosted by University of Minnesota and the University of Cape Town and University of the Western Cape.

The Korean Association for Public Administration (KAPA) is pleased to open the call for proposals for the 2021 KAPA international conference. The KAPA 2021 International Conference brings scholars and practitioners together to discuss important current and emerging issues and solutions in the public sector. This year’s conference will take place entirely online after careful consideration of the state of the pandemic.

Leaders of the Commonwealth countries meet every 2 years at the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM). At CHOGM 2021, the leaders will discuss how to deliver the things which were discussed at CHOGM 2018 in London, which was on the theme ‘Towards a Common Future’.

The Digital Government Society (DGS) announces that the dg.o 2021 will be hosted by the Digital Governance and Analytics Lab, the School of Public Administration, the Center for Public Affairs Research, and the College of Public Affairs and Community Service at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Omaha, Nebraska in the United States of America. Specifically, the conference aims to advance both research and practice of public value creation via digital innovations by leveraging collaboration and community-oriented solutions in an inclusive manner.

The European Citizens' Initiative (ECI) is a welcome instrument for participatory democracy at European level. Introduced by the Lisbon Treaty, it entered into force in 2012 and allows Europeans to make legislative proposals and participate in decision-making by connecting directly with EU institutions. It is a chance for them to discuss and influence key policies and it sheds further light on the public's view of the EU's agenda and priorities. The ECI Day is an important forum and platform where registered and future ECI organisers and stakeholders can exchange information and experiences and present their ECI and activities to the public.

The Special Annual Meeting 2021 in Singapore will be the first global leadership event to address worldwide recovery from the pandemic. This in-person meeting will bring together leaders to focus on shaping solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges.
