The Korean Association for Public Administration (KAPA) is pleased to open the call for proposals for the 2021 KAPA international conference. The KAPA 2021 International Conference brings scholars and practitioners together to discuss important current and emerging issues and solutions in the public sector. This year’s conference will take place entirely online after careful consideration of the state of the pandemic.

In responding to problems and limitations, governments have modernized quickly and accelerated innovative digital uptake to navigate an uncertain future. This year’s conference commits to exchange research and practical insights for old problems to be addressed and restructured to provide new solutions as we move toward a new normal.

Submissions are being solicited in the following tracks to help the Program Committee place submissions in the suited tracks. Every panel will be categorized into one of these tracks.

Track 1: Cross-border collaboration and governance

Track 2: Sustainable development and growth

Track 3: Challenges, opportunities, and solutions

Track 4: Social equity and inclusive society
