Invitation: special lecture on “Toward a Socially Sustainable and Resilient Collaborative Crisis Management: Survey Experiment on Gender Leadership and Information Framing in COVID-19 Public Health Response in Japan"

The University of the Philippines - National College of Public Administration and Governance (UP-NCPAG) and the Eastern Regional Organization for Public Administration (EROPA) will hold a special lecture on “Toward a Socially Sustainable and Resilient Collaborative Crisis Management: Survey Experiment on Gender Leadership and Information Framing in Covid-19 Public Health Response in Japan" on 27 February 2024 at 1:00 PM (Philippine time) at the Case Room of the UP-NCPAG Building.

This lecture will feature Dr. Masao Kikuchi from Meiji University's Department of Public Management and School of Business Administration and the Director of the International Education Center.
