With great pleasure, we would like to invite you and representatives from your city to attend the WeGO-NIA Annual Joint Training Course 2024, scheduled for October 8-11, 2024, in Seoul, South Korea.
The 4-day WeGO-NIA Joint Training Course 2024 is designed to:
- enhance participants’ knowledge and understanding of smart city policies
- improve capacity through hands-on experience with Korea’s leading smart city stakeholders
- share Korea’s recognized digital government policies and strategies
Our goal is to equip our members with innovative and localized smart city solutions to better address urban challenges and socioeconomic issues. The WeGO-NIA Joint Training Course aims to better equip our members to tackle these challenges effectively.
This year's training will also offer an exciting immersion in Seoul Smart Life Week. You will have the exceptional opportunity to engage in key events, including the Opening Ceremony, exhibition tours, informative forums and the prestigious Seoul Smart City Prize Ceremony. These experiences will provide invaluable insights into cutting edge developments and best practices in the smart city field.
Given your city’s active participation in WeGO’s programs and continuous support of the organization’s mission, we encourage your city to take part in this exclusive training program. This program is exclusively open to public officials of WeGO member cities and is limited to a maximum of 3 applicants per city.
We also would like to inform you that the WeGO Secretariat will partially sponsor a selected number of participants to join the program. If your city is interested in joining the program and applying for sponsorship, kindly fill in the registration form and indicate your interest in receiving sponsorship via email before 12:00 (KST/GMT+9) on August 28, 2024. Please note the sponsorship is limited to a certain number of participants, and will be provided to eligible participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
