The Workshop is being organized in response to the expressed need for capacity development requests received from National Academy of Governance (NAOG) of the Government of Mongolia, and MONTSAME - Mongolian National News Agency. The Workshop is based on UN DESA’s Curriculum on Governance for the Sustainable Development Goals. The Workshop on aims to promote a critical understanding of sustainable development issues, enhance governance capacity, and strengthen public servants’ awareness of their active role in achieving the SDGs and Mongolia Vision-2050.
The workshop will be attended by seniors to mid-level public officials drawn from the Ministries, Departments, Agencies, and Units engaged in implementing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and MongoliaVision-2050, UN representatives, and other invited international and local experts and officials joining as resource speakers.
The Forum will be conducted in National Academy of Governance, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The Forum will be conducted in English.
