The 18th Ibero-American Conference of Ministers of Public Administration and State Reform was held in the City of La Antigua, Guatemala, on 26 and 27 July 2018.  The event hosted by the National Institute of Public Administration of Guatemala, the Latin American Center of Administration for Development and the Ibero-American General Secretariat and brought together the heads from the public administration of the 22 Ibero-American countries.
